We accept returns for defective and non-defective merchandise, and we also accept exchanges. A non-defective request may result from a change of mind, personal preference, or choosing the wrong product.
Condition and request period
Eligible merchandise must be new and unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging, labels, and accessories. Contact us within 30 days after delivery with the order number, checkout email, and reason for the request. For damage, defect, a wrong item, a missing item, or a material difference from the description, also provide photos or video of the product and packaging.
Mail returns and exchanges
Do not mail an item before authorization. Each approved return is a mail return. A free return label is included in the package, and no restocking fee is charged. Exchanges depend on available inventory; when a requested replacement is unavailable, another approved resolution may be offered.
Refund timing
After approval and any required review of the returned item, the refund is sent to the original payment method. We process an approved refund within 10 days; a bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.
