Processing and transit
We ordinarily prepare an order within 1–2 business days. Once the carrier receives it, estimated transportation is 2–4 business days. Those windows are estimates, not guarantees, and weather, holidays, carrier capacity, or destination restrictions may add time.
Charges, address, and tracking
Free-shipping eligibility and the final delivery charge are determined at checkout. Please provide an accurate address, email, and phone number. Tracking updates are sent when available; customers should review them and report an apparent problem promptly.
Delivery concerns
For a delay, loss, package marked delivered but not found, or damaged parcel, send the order number, checkout email, tracking details, and relevant photos. We may coordinate a carrier investigation before resolving the matter. Service limits, excluded destinations, and product restrictions can apply.
